Hi,
I have requested for a new broadband connection, and paid for 3 months plan. Its been more than 5 days, I have not got any response from them. Even the wiring and installation is not complete. I tried calling the customer care, the customer care help line is too poor. The waiting time to speak to the customer care executive is too high. I called the manager of the area, where he directly told me that refund will be processed in 15 days.
Its a very bad experience, and its clear that hathway is not good in customer experience.
