I feel this review is:
After using their product in Mumbai and Bangalore I can say they have worst customer service. Firstly they activated wrong plan one which had FUP limit We have been trying to get plan changed for a week but they keep on raising tickets and giving complain number without doing anything. There customer service team is completely useless and technical team is not at all technical. Their sales team keep on lying about the service they provide. If you are taking hathway you will have to spend 1-2 hours on phone talking to their customer service every week.
