Guys this company is running just because of its goodwill n name in the market
just because its a company spread all over india it doesnt mean its services are good
my parents n oders forced me to take hathway thnkng its reliable.
just like any oder internet providers hathway too is unreliable n its services are really f.d up.
this site itself took mre than 15 mins to open.
the scheme which I hav taken is not bad one still I alwaes hav to rely on oders hotspot fr a better connection.
another flaw with hathway is that the download speed is nt d speed dat they sae but is just 1/8th of d speed claimed by them and their claim to this is that it is their policy.for eg. if ur plan is 2 mbps then ur dwnload speed will be from 200 to 250 kbps.
any other internet provider present in india will be trustworthy atleast with this factor but hathway is really hopeless.
cant lev this connection as was forced by them as well to take a one year plan and there is no refund.
as they clearly knw dat I wont go back to their office to renew der connection.
plz stop spreadng the myth that hathway is good fr internet.
