Pathetic broadband service. Review on Hathway Broadband

Hi,

Please note that I have approached Hathway broadband for connection at Indranagar Gachibowli Hyderabad. As the sales agent was Mr. Khan(8121658697), to whom we proactively multiple time's asked wheather, service being available at our place "His answer was" firm as available.

We have given all the document's and cheque of 2067/-rs. He gave us the time frame of 24hrs for installation. But it's been 4days I did not got the connection or any of the technician at my place. In regards to the same approached Mr. Govardhan(Manager) Mobile no.9989925556.

Connection was booked in the name of  XXXX I agreed that I was harsh while I was talking to him, but this harshness was for the delay in offering the connection. As he promised me that connection would be available in the next day i.e 24th June today!. However, when I called him on 24th he said that service is not available, when he said this I was prety much upset and exagirated and in that I was talking rude but he should have kept quit! is what I say! because no customer whould be quite against the  promise made by the service provider after collecting money and wasting the number of day's. Customer would definitely not be cool at all, I was only asking what was promised to me, not the one which was not!

Being Manager Mr. Govardhan was rude inreturn and was using the word "Go to Hell"

I ask each one of you? is this the kind of managment you hire, and if this is the case. I think you should re-think of your our brand Image of "Hathway" what ever customer say's is only for company delay in service offered by people, who work for brand! but nothing is said in person.
