I AM PISSED ABOUT THE RETARDED SERVICE I AM GETTING FROM HATHWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAD TO MADE A SPECIAL ACCOUNT JUST FOR THEM ON THIS WEBSITE! Hathway has one of the worst services I have ever encountered. They ask be to do a payment of a certain amount before calling me up again and informing me that I have not paid enough and ask for a few thousand more. THEN, they have the audacity to activate a plan, I DID NOT ASK FOR! Now that is going to take another seven days to rectify. If I wouldn't have noticed it, they would have just let it slip by. At least call up the customer just to be sure that the proper plan is being activated! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
