I had applied for the broadband connection not once or twice but THRICE. When I applied for 2 times, they are always quick in taking money and they promise to install net in 3 days post registration. Forget 3 days, inspite of all the follow ups and calls they didn't do it for a MONTH. Thankfully I had stopped cheque first two times.
Third time(since I stay in new apt which doesnt have many options) I thought I will give this a final shot. I warned the executive while about my experience 2 times. He Promised connection in 3 days WITHOUT fail. This time again they failed to provide the connection. Forget this, there is no sincerity and seriousness to provide service to a customer who has already had bad experience 2 times. This time they had encashed the cheque quickly and didn't even do the wiring forget the connection. They keep us waiting by telling that they will come at specified time and we make our plans accordingly. These insensitive people dont even care about that. They never came as told and disturbed all our plans every time. They seriously tested our patience to the core. Even their customer support call center is pathetic. They are a big SHAME to even use words like customer service or customer support. The executives and technicians apart from initial reg. change their colors and dont know how to speak to the customers as well.
