Sales executive was a cheater. He offered me a plan but the first month bill amount was Rs.400(literally - no exaggeration) more than what he mentioned. Once executive receives the amount, never answers your calls. Technical team is very poor at their knowledge. They do not have the capability to tell why there the internet speed is reduced.
Let me tell you one thing here regarding the internet speed(ignore if you already know). For ex. consider you have chosen a plan which gives you 50Mbps. Please note that its 50 Mega-bits-per-second and not 50 Mega-BYTES-per-second. So if you are downloading a file of 100MB, please do not think it would take just 2 seconds to download a 100 MB file. If we want to know the speed in MBps, calculation is MBps= Mbps/8. So for a plan speed of 50Mbps, download will be at 6.25MBps. Please note this point whenever you are opting for a plan in any internet service provider.
Now, regarding the billing issues, so many times I mentioned that your sales executive has made blunder, they never took any action against him. I had complained to the higher management too(up to Appellate Authority), but even they seem to be unethical, unprofessional. It took literally 4 months to resolve the issue.
When the higher management itself looks irresponsible, I do not think, people working under such people would do better.
