I had very bad experiance with Hathway broadband in my area connection, 4month ago I saw the add online and I applied immedietly I got call from them so I agreed and took the connectionAnd it was a huge gap finally the provided the connection and I was not satisfied with the speed because a lot of fluctuation was there even I phase very difficult to connect my Wi-Fi router to the Internet.
Are used to give complaint and they give solution after 3 to 4 days my first month out of 100 GB hardly I used 40to 50 GB remaining was waisted.
Then I asked them to discontinue my connection they promised from now we have upgraded their connectivity devices so I won’t face any issues, I believe them like they forced me to believe then and I continued for next month it was little better but not satisfied connection somehowI believe my mobile for chicken action was far better than this broadband speed.
After the second man I decided to discontinue the services then I asked them to take the router and return my deposit money they said immediately not possible that took more than 15 days and I complain 3 to 4 times Then finally I got my money back but for connection the direct again Rs.500.
If I compare to other broadband speed will be not satisfied Also they did not provide me the free wifi router the Basic modem Only I got from them and Wi-Fi I brought separately now I am using Airtel broadband where I got free of cost Wi-Fi and my previous Wi-Fi simply wasted. And more funny thing still the cable that did not remove from my room at almost 2 and half month.
Definitely I will not suggest people in my area the broadband connection of Hathway.
