Hathaway broadband. Review on Hathway Broadband

You people provide the worst internet service in Delhi. I started with 10 mvps internet speed plan of Hathaway but there was so much problems in it. Called many times but nothing worked out. Finally when I send an email to the nodal office then there was a person who checked the connection but he was also not able to do anything however the problem was over in a couple of days so, I thought lets give Hathaway another chance before switching to any other services provider. I even upgraded my internet speed to 50Mbps but that turned out to be the worst decision of my life. My download speed at the moment is 150kbps which is hovering bet ween 100-200 kbps. And this is happening from past week and I am seriously tired of calling and sending mails to you people and now I have accepted the fact that Hathaway is the worst BROADBAND service provider in Delhi NCR. Even if I am a couple of hours late in recharging my internet you people disconnected the internet from your side but if you I am facing no internet issues from past 2-3days then there is no extension provided. Of I am forced to write this review on your facebook page because I have already mentioned in my previous email to nodal office that if my internet issues is not resolved then I will be reviewing you on facebook and twitter. I had it with Hathaway BIG No to any one who I planning to go with Hathaway.
