Worst Experience, As I shifted to new place needed new Internet connection saw there ad near by my room. A biggest mistake which I regret now. Anyway Since I didn't knew than just like you(reader) I made a call to customer care, got good response.
He agreed to come to my room at my available time to discuss the plan and charges. When he visited he suggested many plans among them I liked unlimited 10mbps plan. It was 3 thousand few hundreds for 3 months including router, modem and installation charges. As far the speed 10mbps which he assured, I thought it as a good deal.
Until I made the payment and did the paper work the customer support was very good.
Later the payment was made some other guys came and did the wiring and again anther day installation guy came and installed the router at the time of installation speed was nearly 10mbps. This was the last that I remember them being polite and helpful.
Just after 2 or 3 days internet speed started reducing sometime I even couldn't browse, I did complain they said we will resolve the issue within 24 hrs but they never did. It always the same. I called the guy who showed the plan and took payment he said his part is done and contact to customer care.
It's always either completely down or very slow.
Tried there app to raise complain It doesn't even work, If you call to customer care and raise the complain. They do raise a ticket but without resolving the issue or without confirming from you thy will close the case as resolved.

>If I call to customer care they say always the same thing "Kindly give us 24hrs to resolve the issue". if it doesn't resolve and if you call back after 24hrs they will ask for another 24hrs.
Now waiting for 3 months to end as they are not refunding the amount.
Worst service! Worst Customer support! Worst speed!
