This is regarding multiple requests raised through online(tickets listed below) and multiple phone calls made to hathway customer care. I was on Quarterly 30GB plan earlier. Recently payment of Rs 3108 was made on Sept 6 2016 for the plan till Dec 6 2016. I received calls from Hathway promotional offers several times, saying that my plan can be updated to 50GB by paying difference amount. Since I wanted to upgrade plan to 50GB, I logged in to your portal to place a request for upgrade, which was the worst decision I made. I paid another Rs. 3839 for Quarterly to upgrade to 50GB plan on Sept 26th 2016, trusting Hathway calls that rest of the money will be refunded. Since then, I have been chasing Hathway through online requests, phone calls. Since Sept 6, I paid a total of Rs 6947, and availed 30 GB plan for 20 days. Now all the excess money I paid, was neither refunded, nor is showing as balance. Am not sure, how tickets get closed without any status updates to customer. Please take a look at the feedback I provided on all the tickets. Few of your telephone operators are not even ready to listen to problem and hang up saying I need to contact billing team, which I doubt if it exists. I will be glad if you can refund all the unused money, after deducting your service charges till date . This just shows carelessness towards customer's time, money by making fake promises of money adjustment, plan upgrades. I repent for using hathway broadband and will advise my friends, neighbours and colleagues of the kind of service customers receive.
