I have been using hathway for 6 years it was good earlier because of its service but now it has got the worse service. Now it has become lot more expensive and unaffordable.But my friends from other than mumbai say its best. Internet speed is really really very slow.connection reliability is fine actually engineers by hathway are way good they help us very much but call centre people are rude.
As I said service and support are extremely bad according to other internet services.
