These are one of the worst bunch of people working and totally unprofessional. By mistake there was double online payment, its been 2 months and yet they are doodling to give a resolution. Neither extension of service nor refund is made.
To hell with customer care calls they simply close tickets without solution. Tickets are closed without any intimation on solution.So Irresponsible and shameless staff. I have lost my money for nothing.
