Hi Hathway Team,
I have a very bad experience with hathway customer care, I have paid my monthly rental yesterday(Receipt No: BLRISP/23455 Amt: 4830/-), but still my connection is inactive since the time I have paid the rental I have been trying to reach customer care atleast more than 20-30 times, once it got connected and I had spoken to Mr. Prem, I requested him to connect me to his manager he have put my call on hold and it got disconnected after that.
You people don't value customer this I have felt after yesterday experience. You people have not tried even once to call me back and rectify my issues.
I want my connection to be active today or else refund my money and take your connection.
Hope you will value your customer.
