Customer service is disgraceful, to say politely. Complaints are closed down randomly.
They guarantee 50Mbps while in reality you only get 15-20Mbps.
Connection keeps crashing randomly every week or two.It used to be pretty good a few years back, but now the reality is that it just sucks.I guess you'll have to count on your luck to have the service running seamlessly.But yeah, it's better than MTNL though.
