Took a hathway broadband connection for my office in Chandani Chowk, Bavdhan and from the time that I took this connection( 4 months) I have raised 17 customer cases so far.
SLA for every ticket they say is 24 hours for resolution.
Spoke to customer support reps, their seniors, area engineers but all in vain.
Their customer care numbers do not work either:

And the fun part is, they've send me an update through SMS that per the festive offer, additional 30 GB data has been added to my account. How am I going to use this data if the network connection itself is not working(17 complaints in just 3 months and few days).
