I have been using Hathway from past 4 months. The agent who contacted itself cheated me saying the internet connection was for only 650/- including all charges. But as soon as I took the connection, they asked me to pay 750/-. Also when I complained about it, no one gave the answer. Even the agent contacted me, ignored my calls. The service is worst and there is no proper channel to address any kind of technical problems. Also their customer service executives disconnect calls if anybody forces them for any kind of answer. I would not suggest anybody to go for Hathway Internet.
This is the number of the agent who contacted. 9000211999. Please beware of his false promises. He just wants you to take connection. Rest is not his concern.
