I am a customer of Hathway since past one year . My experience regarding the service they provide is very good. Sometimes there internet use to get stop working due to some technical issues but for sure they resolve the issue very soon. I have used many internet service provider services but as it compared to there service provider I found hathway as the best company from others competitors in the market.
I would also want to share my best experience with them. I have taken a connection of 3 months unlimited net with the speed of 10 mbps. I used the service activation 3 times, it means for 9 months. But due to my work issue I have to move on from my living city to Delhi. So I asked the company to not reactivate my plan as I will be not using the service any more. But fortunately I received the new job offer for working in same city, so without any problems I joined my new company by living in the same city.
And one day as my internet was off due to deactivation I thought to reactivate my plan and I switched on the modem and router again to get it reactivated. Suddenly I noticed that my internet was not even deactivated yet even after one month is been over after the deactivation and it is working in limited 1 mbps speed. I was totally okay with it as the internet was working free of cost and hathway use to have prepaid mode of service.
After one day is received the message from hathway mentioning that your free subscription has been activated till year 2070 at the speed of 1 mbps as I was the former customer of them. And it was also mentioned that if I wanted to renew my 10 mbps plan than I have to activate the service again.
And it's been going to be more than 2 months of free service and there is no bills generated yet. I found the service best after seeing such a great service offer from them. And if you don't believe my words than you can see the text message shared to me from hathway.
