*I have a Hathway 2048 unlimited 6 months broadband connection. We lost internet connectivity on Friday evening(last week). At the time I thought it was due to the rain/thunder storm and service would get restored the following day. Accordingly I called customer care and registered a complaint. Since then until now, the problem has not gotten resolved.
Each time I call customer care, some new person comes to the phone and asks "how many modem lights are blinking?" and then after I tell them say "yes this complaint is still open. We will rectify it in the morning/evening" That's it! Another day passes and the same story repeats like that English movie "edge of tomorrow" I even called the nodal officer and all they had to say was "Yes we will get the issue resolved" I even emailed their customer care. No rectification of the problem in sight!
This is internet service at its worst! As I have a prepaid connection with them, it's not even feasible to shift to another provider. I hope they restore my internet service soon.*
My internet service got restored:) Just now, May 24th, evening. Will observe for a few days and will hopefully give a better rating soon.
