Harry potter – I (philospher’s Stone), is about the people in the another world called magic world. They call the normal people as muggles and the people who are in their world as Wizards/Witches.

 

The

story was about a boy called Harry Potter, who was brought up by his uncle Vernon and aunt. The boy was not taken care properly by his uncle and aunt, on his 11th birthday, he comes to know that he was an wizard by a man called Hagrid. Harry was in a state of confusion whether to believe this or not. In order escape from his uncle and aunt he moves to the wizarding school called Hogwards.

 

Hogwards is the school for the wizards headed by Dumbledore an old man. The Hogwards was founded by 4 great wizards called Gryffindor,  Hufflepuf, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. To honour these four wizards, Hogwards consist of four groups, each founder represents one group and the students who were studying in Hogwards was put up in any of these four groups. There will be points for the team if  any of the members outsmart and points will be taken if any broke the rule. At last in the year end House cup will be given to the team with maximum points.

 

 Harry was Put up in Gryffindor team.When Harry enters the world of magic, he was surprised to see that everybody in the wizarding community knows about Harry and his scar which he hates when he was with his uncle.

 

Through Hagrid he comes to know that the powerful dark wizard called voldemort killed his parents James Potter and Lilly Potter, while trying to kill Harry Voldemort has disappeared, which leaves Harry a scar in his face.

 

In Hogwarts Harry meets Ron Weasly and Hermoine Granger who were turned to be his best friends. He also comes to know about a game called Quiddich which was very famous in the Wizarding community. He joins Gryffindor Quiddich team because of his excellence in playing quiddich and he helps his team to win in the matches against other team.

 

At one Stage Harry suspect one of Professor in the school called Snape whom he hates most, was up to something in the school. He finds out that Snape is working for Voldemort and he is trying to steal Philosopher’s stone which was hidden in the Hogwards school. He tries to prevent him from doing that. Finally whether Harry can protect the stone from who ever wants to steal it? Just read Harry Potter and Philosopher’s stone.
