I orderd a book and the seller never mailed it, or responded to any of my emails. I filed a claim over a month ago, and I still havent heard back from them. I had to go to a different web site to find half.coms phone number and email address because I was unable to find it on their site. There is away to send them an email if the item is still in the purchase menu, but since it was so long, I was unable to do so. I sent them four emails before calling them. I asked how long it is suppose to take, and they told me 7 days. It shouldnt take a month for them to just look at the claim much less get it straigten out. It wasnt very expensive, but I do not think I should have to pay for something that I have never recieved. On top of everything it was a text book, and they make you wait almost a month before your able to file a claim, so I had to pay and extra $30 to another seller to have it overnighted just so I would not have to drop out of the class.
