Suspence at every moment. Review on Half Girlfriend - Chetan Bhagat

The Chetan Bhagat's half girlfriend is one of the best novel of his writing collection.It has supence at each and every moment and every sentence that is read can be felt by the reader, that how deep are the words and how deep are the feelings that one, in love, goes through. The culture of india, the problems in the society, the problems that a village guy may face in metro cities are presented in depth. But above of all is the feeling of love that has the power to change everything, when love speaks no one else can. How far the limits can be pushed just to achieve the love of the life is shown.

There are many different things that are to be considered like, Theme, Content, Story, Standard, Resemblance to the reality and many other things.But first I would like to talk about the theme of the novel. The theme of the novel is based on the love and the 2 faces of Indian culture. In which the one is of rural and the other is urbanised. Firstly, talking of the love theme, the novel gives a feeling that the writer was well indulge in creating an inspirational and relatable theme so that most of the readers could get attached to the story. Many of the teenagers are going through such conditions that is been told in the story and thats why it is relatable. The other thing is that, the story is not unique however the content in the story has made it unique than others. Secondly, the content is the best part how it is represented makes it unique. How the content has made the story full of suspence and thriller, is remarkable. At every turn-over readers would be willing to know the next moment. Now coming to the story. The story as I have already told, is full of suspense and romance. But as usual Chetan Bhagat struggled to stop himself to not to add any intimacy content. He again tried to seek the attention of readers by adding such content but that can be neglected. The story starts where a guy from Bihar gets admission in a highly reputed college of delhi through sports quota. And then he starts seeing a girl who plays basketball in the college. But when he proposes her, she rejects him but gives him an alternative, to make her a HALF GIRLFRIEND. But the guy soon gets physically attracted to the girl and when she opposes, he says DETI HAI TO DE WARNA KAT LE. After this, the girl gets angry and asks him to never talk to her. And then many things happen, she again gets in with him and again gets disappeared and then to find her the guy flies up to the USA. I won't tell what happens as its a matter of suspence. The Chetan Bhagat has raised his standard by delivering this novel to the market. The way of delivering the speech and incident in words makes the readers over-whelmed.Most of the readers would relate themselves to the novel. And would seek to read more and more. So the over all content, story and everything is great. The readers are still getting over-whelmed and the to-be readers, you guys hurry up please.
