I had an appointment with Javed Habib himself, in his Delhi(G.K) branch and the experience was awful! How can one expect the staff, at least, to be professional if the man how runs the show himself isn’t? Instead of concentrating at their clients they were all busy chatting with each other, the highlights that they did were falling off within minutes of applying them.Not only did Javed not ask what I really was looking for but decided the color of the streaks himself!Will not recommend this experience to anyone!
The rest of the staff too seemed minimally trained and not good with the work.I have much better experience at Salons in Mumbai(eg Nalini and Yasmin’s) where not only do they do a good job but can even hold an engaging conversation with their clients.My suggestion to places like these would be a field trip to professionally run places
