I am highly dissatisfied with the service of HTC
The mobile I bought was the latest smart phone, the HTC Desire 501 Dual Sim. My reasons for choosing this model was that advertised it on website as having the Beats Audio and super sound quality. Unfortunately, neither of these functions worked properly in this handset within a week since the day I bought.
Whenever I put on the headsets, the DEFECTIVE audiojack wont response, it would hang during incoming and outgoing calls. I had to restart my cell several times but still it would be unresponsive. I submitted my phone for software as well hardware repair (Ticket No:14INA320012266 Job No: BOM016-0007676) where the motherboard of phone was replaced with new circuit(Old IMEI: 358035055128916 New IMEI: 358035057809448). But still problem is continued.
I tried to talk to call center executives many times but they had put me on hang every time and disconnected call at a times. Customer care had diagnosed this unresolved problem ( Ticket No: 14INA350010478 Job No: BOM 0160008449 )within handset but it won't work at all. With such unresolved unresponsive poor services mark my words, NEVER EVER BUY HTC.
