Hewlett Packard...Cheats customers!!!
I have bought a HP IPAQ some months back. It was still under warranty when the LCD got damaged. I then took it to the HP service center here in India......suprisingly
enough it was like entering Fort Knox where I was made to sign some three times before being allowed to enter.
Then I was asked to wait for an expert engineer to come in (i guess there is none for HP IPAQ here in India as it took some time for people to figure out whom to send). finally the engineer walks in a asks me what the problem was to which I showed my Handset.
He gives me an abrupt reply saying this pocket PC which is still under warrany does not cover the LCD screen....(LOL>>>). Which exactly interprets in a simple language saying your car is under warranty but the engine is not!!! I am terribly upset about this behaviour from HP and I wonder how many other customers have been taken for a ride. this is ridiculous!!!
I went back and checked the warranty document and nowhere it is mentioned about the LCD being not in the warranty...
Could someone help me out.....
