I bought Hp photosmart c4288all in oneprinter, thought it to be a good printer
well printer just looks good but otherwise it's not worth it's price, on that a bad service and support with hp which was least expected .
The printer eats too much of ink, the color cart seems out of ink just after 15 printouts where as they claim much more printouts about 150 something
the scanning and copying never worked so can't comment about that
I am really disappointed with the support they provide
Following are my online complaints to them on 31st july and 4th august but no valid response received till now
I registered a complaint with hp on 28th for scanning and copying problem with my printer bought on 27th july from reliance store, I went through online chat troubleshooting also phone troubleshooting when it all seemed irrelevant as the support people can't help me much as I did everything they told me and my printer is scanning/copying black pages soaked in black ink. I was confirmed a support visit in 48 hrs from the time I called but no response received till now, even I called again yesterday and today also to follow up, not received any call till now

I was confirmed a support visit in 48 hrs from the time I called but no valid response received till now, I received another call on 31st after registering an online complaint, and another on 1st august but they are not telling when are they arranging support visit, instead still checking from me if I checked troubleshooting with online chat and phone, I am really feeling pissed off now with the kind of service I am getting from hp it's simply non-existent it seems, I am sick of telling again and again the problem, it's really a bad experience, never thought such a big company has such a bad service and not concerned with their repo.
