It is a good customer centric co. It is transparent about its charges and provides information well in advance. It is the customer who

needs to check the information from his advisor in the right way. I would blame the client and advisor for this miscommunication, which has happened.

I am the client of this co since 14 months. I am happy with the services provided. I am holding a Pension plan with the Co from April 2007 and I am paying my premium through ECS facility. The NAV of HDFC insurance is also better than other pvt insurance co’s. The charges are higher in the first 2 years, but are least from the 3rd year onwards.

I am happy with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. ltd....
