HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co is certainly one of the most respected and best private sector life insurance comapnies in the country. All procedures and regularities are strict & stringent because they are based on strong ethics, values, principles and vision. Its the only company that follows the rule book in totality. That gives an impression, at times, of being like a government run organization. But the reality is paradoxially different.
This company’s funds have performed really well. they follow a very disciplined and well defined investment process.
HDFC SLIC has an army of well trained and regulated Financial Consultants (advisors). They are all well trained in sales processes. It shows even when they speak over the phone for the first time. This company makes the best use of IT and that shows in customer service too.
Certainly, there are going to be a few dissatisfied clients and associates. But they all can reach the corporate office through email, fax or snail mail and log their complaint. I, with experience, can say that such matters get resolved pretty soon.
If we compare HDFC SLIC with other private sector life insurance companies in the country, we will realize that HDFC SLIC is way far ahead of other companies. Its because of their values and ethics. And to entrust someone with our hard earned money and future prospects, we should always be looking at people with highest standards of ethics and values.
