Am a HDFC securities customer the charges are too high for investment. I was not aware of the charges until one of my friend educate me about this, when I calculate I was paying 18% of my profit as brokerage. when I called the customer service and asked about the charges they say they cant help me. when I asked them how to cancel the account, I was shocked that the procedure is so difficult. in current days we have lots of good companies who are charging very minimal and providing good service example trade smart online, five paise dot com
