I was searching for an insurance policy. I gone through policybaazar for comparing different policies. Immediately they called me said about policies and said HDFC is the best go with it. I said clearly their reviews are not good and I saw the same in mouthshut.com. they said(Mr. Debashis 2878 policybaazar.com member. However they have voice record also as an evidence) So I agreed and paid for insurance and other raiders as he advised. The documentation process was hell and I was getting calls from both policybaazar and HDFC life. I send the same docs for both of them.
After long emails and calls one fine day I got a call from them that I am not eligible for this policy. I shocked and asked them, if I am not eligible why they took money in the beginning? It is almost a month and half I did't get my money back.
It is nothing but cheating from both policybaazar and HDFC life. I am challenging they can sue on me if I am wrong.
Finally I appreciate mouthshut.com for valuable feed back from different people.
