Representatives are making false claims to quickly sell you their product(s) without consulting appropriate departments or providing substantial proof(email, let alone hard copy) e.g. "all" existing insurance details must be collected from you, but they hastily say: only existing "term" insurance details need be provided; they are not seeking policy numbers, which creates further doubts on their intentions.

Technical glitches while filling online forms, which go unresolved for weeks(and instead of solving them, they submit forms with half info, on your behalf) - they are literally encouraging that you make/ignore mistakes, against which they can forfeit claims. I have heard people face problems while setting standing instructions and/or paying premiums manually through convenient methods like credit/debit card.
