I've taken term insurance Policy from this company,
until taking the policy the executives regularly calling and asking for all details to be submit. after submitting the details and issuing the policy they wont follow for anything.
My ECS form was rejected. no one infromed this to me. I regularly keeps paying via online payment. but this fellow not even support to pay the customer through online also.
few month it worked fine. but nowadays the billdesk is not able to connect to netbanking or supports credit card or debit.
if consulted to cc, they suggest to use IE above 6 version and all. but even after using in that also. no use.
poor customer service.
