This is with regards to complaint ID - HDFCSL=002-790-385 I have filed in reference to Policy wrongly issued to me - Policy # 18425160.
Unfortunately, I am always given the same lame reason by service@hdfclife.com that they have done investigation and found no issues! They cannot find any difference in signatures which were illegally by their Agent and my signatures!
I have also escalated this issue to escalation1@hdfclife.in and awaiting response.
Please see the main pain-points as below-
1.The policy was sold to my father in Lucknow around mid-2016 on pretext of adding me as a nominee and my father was asked to provide nominee's signature-proof, against which my father submitted my class 10th mark-sheet(year 1998). I would like to point out the fact that I was not even physically present in Lucknow during this time as I work as a full-time employee with a reputed MNC based in Bangalore.
2.The agent who sold this policy then falsely issued it to me after fraudulently copying my signatures from my academic mark-sheet(class 10th certificate) in the policy submission forms.This is highly objectionable and is a complete illegal practice which can lead to serious consequences if the matter gets pursued. This agent has very meticulously and with bad intentions used some of my and some of my Father's contact details. For instance the phone number which has been used belongs to my father.
3.My father got to know this only when he approached the HDFCLife, Lucknow branch in November end 2016, where he spoke to Mr. Abdul and also the branch MAnasultanger, who both acknowledged the fact that the signatures present in the submitted policy document do not match my current signatures and they only advised us to file a complaint with service@hdfclife.com
4.I have already provided below asked verification/proofs, demanded by HDFC Life customer care and have also handed over the proofs physically at HDFC Life's branch at Bangalore to ensure that justice is done.

Please also note that the premium aishwaryasingh23ment that has already been done has been done once via a cheque and once via draft issued by my Father's bank account and not by my account.
I have already had several conversations with service support colleagues but they all have robotic approach to this situation and hence would request some higher mAnasultangement officials to intervene in this matter as this case is also impacting HDFC Life image and promises that this company makes to it's customers.
Seeing such a practice I want to cancel the policy and have asked refund of the entire amount which had been submitted as 1st premium asap!
I have requested HDFC Life support to send me the scanned copy of policy document that was originally submitted by the HDFC life agent at the time of opening this policy, but they are not doing this.
I hope the Bank verified signature proof that I have already submitted at HDFC Life branch in Bangalore which I hope is not misused and is not used to fake my signatures further!
