I have a HDFC life Policy no 1#1141xxxx since 2007(Which I gone for surrender on Mar-2017).
I was not satisfied with return of my Policy no 1#1141xxxx
In Dec-2015:
My Problem arises when I got a call from a person who told me that he is taking about my Policy no 1#1141xxxx
And offered me good return as told me promised lots of benefits but I refused these benefits. After few hours later I got a call from A S Thakur#9716544982. He convinced me(told me policy holders never deny such offers) about the policy and told me about benefits of new policy. I told A S Thakur#9716544982 that I will surrender Policy no 1#1141xxxx in Nov-16 or Dec-16.
He offer me that if I will take this policy then he will add my agent commission in Policy no 1#1141xxxx. As this policy agent never provided any support. I came to know that from some sources as A S Thakur#9716544982 has hold good designation in HDFC Life so don't doubt on him and accepted new Policy no 2#180xxxx. In May-2016:
Again similar trap, I got a different call and given me details of old policy and told me if you will took this Policy no 3#1841xxxx then older policy will get some bonus. I had some issue then I denied it. Again got call from A S Thakur#9716544982 and convinced me about Policy no 3#1841xxxx. In Mar-2017
Problem arises when I checked about benefits that were assured me on while Policy no 1#11410xxxx. No benefits are added and Policy no 1#1141xxxx was is same stage as it was. Minor benefits find as market arose much.
Even I managed it in growing market then I would have more benefit in Policy no 1#1141xxxx
When I tried to call A S Thakur#9716544982 3 days but I got no response. So I send him WhatsApp message but no find response till 7-Mar-2017.
