I have applied for online HDFC Click to Protect Term Plan of 75 Lac Sum assured on 7-11-16 by paying premium of Rs.8640 on 7-11-16.
Also, I have completed my medicals on 19-11-16 on time. Even all documents are submitted on time.
But even after 3 months of premium payment, policy was not issued to me.
When I submitted complain to their customer care number, they said it will take 48 hours.
But till today not a single complain about issuing my policy was solved.
Also I visited HDFC Life branch at Ahmedabad, but even they are able to solve or contact with online representative. They are saying that they are not able to involve in online policy .
ALSO I SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT OFFLINE AND ONLINE PREMIUM AMOUNT IS SAME NOW.
Then why will we go for online policy with so worst service.
