I feel this review is:
I have done my life insurance in HDFC last year and my experience regarding it not so good because HDFC employees never helped me when I want to know my policy status.Customer care service is also not good as they never pick up my calls and sometime put it on hold.Their charges of life insurances are high as compared to other Bank.They make many promises while opening insurance but after that they never try to contact the customer and some time they detect balance and put fine without informing me.Generally their Insurance contain whole life secuirity.The claim process is tough as it take upto 15 days after claiming.
