High Rates of Premium. Review on HDFC Life Insurance

Hello friends,

HDFC is a good financial services provider. Having Top ranks in there market , but there insurance company is not very good. I am using there services from there bank branch as there customer from last 9 months, my personal experience with this insurance company is: -

1. Customer services: There customers services are average but not good . As they only want to grope there customers nothing else.

   
   




2. Staff attitude: The attitude of the staff is nice which make me to use there services.

   
   




3. Claim settlement: The claim settlement process of this insurance company is very poor, they take too long period to satisfy them self.

   
   




4. Rates and charges: They charge extra for there file preparation which is very poor. There rates of premium are very high as compare to any other insurance company.

   
   




5. Range of plans: They don't have any extra or wide range of plans and policies for there different customers.

   
   

Overall this service provider are awesome but only for there satisfaction not for the customers.
