Worst customer service
and staff attitude is also not helpful
premium and claim I don't know becoz I don't want to go in cheater company
my personal experience is very worst withis company. here it is.
my father were cheated by this company and he lost his money.
one of the company agent or employ I don't know. came to my father and said
if u invest 100000 rs/yr just for 10 yr then u will get 90000 rs/yr from 11th yr up to 10 yr and also u will get 10 lakh in 21th yr from policy taking year.
so my father invested in this plan without concern me.
then he told me that about this. I was socked ad said him how can u do this without any inquiry. becoz I have some knowledge.
then I inquire directly in my city main office of hdfc and give detail about policy.
the official said me that the benefits u explained in this plan is not there.
someone cheated you.
I told them here is the person and agency code u can take a action. but the agent react totaly different in front of officer.
he said I was not give a wrong detail.
I cant do any thing becoz I don't have any physical proof
Finlay I told I want to surrender my policy please give my money back. they said sir some amount will educ by the company for processing fees and all that.
I lost almost 15000 rs.
dont believe such a fradure
