My self is a doctor aged 33 years and applied for HDFC click to protect online term insurance 1 month back . After paying praposed premium, they just kept silent. I repeatedly called them for quieris regarding document upload. Very poor quality service from them. finally when I called so many times they arranged medicals at one of the worst labs in our city where ECG was wrongly reported. I consulted a cardiologist and done all tests on my own, which showed normal reports.They kept my application pending for last 12 days. Now I just asked them to cancel proposal.they are notresponding properly.WORST SER VICE.This online term insurance sucks.
