My car met with an accident and Oil sump, cover, Lock Carrier assy, front bumper, Tyre, engine etc are damaged. They are ready to process the claim for small damages but they are not ready to process the claim for engine damages.
Surveyor told me to provide the technical explanation and I requested volkswagen to provide the same. After receiving the technical report he is asking me to get the report from manufacturer.Usually after the car accident everyone will bring the car to service center and not to manufacturer. Here he is forcing me to run behind all people and delay the process as much as he can.
Every time they are coming up with lame excuses and denying claim for me. Surveyor behaviour is very harsh, he responded badly to Volkswagen Service Manager for sending a technical report. I have escalated to his Manager but he is also supporting the surveyor and they are not looking for customer satisfaction.
They were trying to delay the process so that my car will get more damaged in the garage, and I need to pay money for parking charges, it will force the customer not to fight against them and release the vehicle ASAP. Ideally their intention is to deny the claim and making the customer frustrated.
