Hi sir, I have to grievance about henceforth wide insurance.My state no is RR-HS15-10126294. I was subject for cashless and have not gave me cashless office. They said as the illness is in the holding up period at any rate we didn't get the treatment for Renal analytic's.


We got the treatment for osmotic the runs. By then introduced each one of the papers for the treatment happened in the mending office.


Still they require past history of the illness .I let them know as the patient was never been hospitalized so I can not give those documents.


We are not from rich family.we don't have family authority who can make these documents.Still they are not agree to proceed. I genuinely don't know where I submitted a blunder that neither my cashless and reimbursement both not recognized. I am helpless.
