Dont buy hdfc ergo motor insurance. Review on HDFC ERGO General Insurance

Hello all for the first time I had took hdfc motor policy when the claim time came they told we will claim everything jus we need a police certificate how it happen after getting the certificate they said ok we will take care wen I got call from service station they said u hv to pay full amount and then only u can get claim I asked hdfc person they are telling we dont have tie up with vellore show room we hv tie up with select cities after tat I came to know some parts cant cover in claim for tat they are telling higher officials are not agreeing for the part after tat I talked to chennai manager he also said same then he gave tamilnadu manager number I asked all details said will call u in 30min but after tat I had cald him more than 10 times atlast he also said we cant do tat our bombay officials are not satisfied for the padt 10yrs I m using four wherler in tat I had made 4 claims all in private insurance but I think hdfc is the worstest insurance company and I request dont ever plz buy hdfc motor insurance
