As I have opted for regular ( family floater plans ) , critical illness , its upto the mark.
Premium cost is almost same as compared to other leading brands in same segments , but major significant aspect is that its features are easy to understand while buying or renewing policies
Customer care response on call , as well as through e-mail is also appreciable & almost spontaneous.
Claim making procedure is also of ease , as I have already opted for the same and my experience was too good .
Their notification updates on through sms or email are also very responsive.
Payment options are also very easy to opt for ranging from credit cards EMIs , debit cards , netbanking etc.
Its regional office response is also good.not yet interacted or visited too many times , but still its fine.
