Hi All,
They have some sort of tie up with HDFC credit cards. U call your credit card people and they will route you to them. And the scam begins.
They blocked my card for 16k for 2 years without intimating me. They have all my information through credit card and claim that I have opted for Health Insurance policy that is why they have blocked my card. Finally they have agreed and returned 12000 but are not willing to return 4k. They also claim that they have sent some documents which I did not receive so they will be deducting 4k.
After several email with credit card and ERGO m fed up with THE BRAND HDFC. and have decided to keep away with them and will take this to their nerves.
These companies like HDFC, Bharti Airtel and few others cannot handle their own customers as they have grown bigger than what they could handle. Its really shameful for them and their system has so many flaws that they should not be entertained .
