A big NO for this company.my car's insurance got expired and I had to renew it after expiry date.came across following problems.
no proper instructions provided by the representative on the process.had to follow up 3 times with them to get car's inspection done.
after inspection no follow up was done from their side to for any updating or cheque pick up.again I had to call them to remind about the same.
very inconsistent follow ups
WORSTT internal coordination within the team.
coz of mistake on their side they again asked for inspection requirement with a new added requirement which wasn't mentioned earlier.
In all they took 20 days time to get the insurance renewed wonder how much time will they take for CLAIM settlement .
Worst service I've ever experienced.
