Fraud and U reliable company. Review on HDFC ERGO General Insurance

People who are planning to buy HDFC Ergo Insurance policy please be careful this company is not at all reliable pathetic customer service while buying the policy they promise many things but at the time of claim the term and conditions changes this is what happen to me. I have health suraksha policy and the time I went for claim they were going round and round just fooling me around and the worst part is this company doesn't follow the guidelines of IRDIA it's not me who says that it's their one of the executive who told me this on the call that they they don't follow the guidelines as per the IRDIA that's means this company is Fraud and cannot be trusted. The customer service team is absolutely rubbish they don't know what they talking about they have no knowledge about the product. Infact I have also send a mail to the grievance officer Mr Mansoori but it seems they are not least bother about the customer and it's been almost 3 weeks now but haven't received any reply from the grievance officer were as I must suppose to receive reply with in 5 working days, please who ever is planning to buy HDFC ergo policy be carefulit's not trustworthy just avoid to buy policy from such fraud company.
