I have a motor bike insurance of said company and the ideal ETA for surveyor to conduct surveys is 6 hours. But their guy took almost 5 days and still counting.:(
So guys plz don't buy insurance from them. They provide the worst service. The customer assistance guys on phone utter something different and the ones working on field have some different protocols. They lack understanding and have loads of issues.
