Very poor. Service is horrible. Hospitalized after a motorcycle accident. Hospitalized for five days after a surgery. We paid the hospital bill after waiting for the aishwaryasingh23ment from the hdfc ergo side. Then I applied for the reimbursement. Until today(05/03/2017, I hospitalized on 01/01/2017) they didn't transferred the money but still asking for the new documents every week. I've sent all the documents which I can get from hospital. This is the worst insurance company in the world. Don't get trapped. They are cheating their clients. Be careful.
