Dear Friends,
I have a health/ accidental insurance policy with HFDC ERGO General Insurance company since last two years and I have experienced their all services start from buying policy till the claim amount received.
I like to share my experience with HDFC ERGO,
First they are register with best hospitals around and near localities.
They provide you EMI facilities for payments.
Good Customer service.
You can opt for the best hospital take cashless service without any prohibitions. In my case I faced a problem for cashless service due to some misunderstanding between doctors and insurance company and paid cash at the time of discharge.(was very upset and disappointed with the HDFC ERGO).
After then I inquired and reapplied for reimbursement claim with all the original documents after discharge with in 30 days of time period.
But it took almost 3 months to get my claim transferred. I faced lot of problems.like they misplaced my doctor certificate and many other records. and late communication, etc.
I called each and every day as a follow up, I was literally crying for the money.
I am happy today that they clear my claim but at the same time I am little upset with the process.
I like to thanks Mr. Balram and other CS executive who helped me to get the claim.
I like to share some important points with you when you deal with Insurance company:
Keep all records start from buying till claim insurnace.
Disclosed your past medical history at the time of buying insurance.
Understand your rights.
Reply all the queries raised by the insurance company.
Keep regular follow up with them.
Keep photo copy of all the documents you submit to the company.
Believe in yourself.
