I had submitted cashless claim for my wife surgery. First of all they requested history and doctor certificate even if it was already provided.I have provided it on the second day.


They have rejected it for a reason of waiting period of 2 years even though brain tumor surgery is not in the exclusion disease list. so please do not buy HDFC ERGO as they decide on their own that what diseases should be approved or not.


Big NO to HDFC ERGO.
